Kitchen Installation Options
Upon choosing Hanson electrical to supply your new kitchen, what follows is the beginning of a well-structured and carefully managed process. Following your commission, you will be allocated a dedicated Project Co-ordinator, someone with experience of working with clients who are buying premium kitchens. During the week of your installation, you can be assured that your personal Project Co-ordinator will be dealing with only a small number of other projects at the same time as yours. For many of our clients this aspect of our service proves to be the one they value most highly.
At Hanson electrical we are able to offer different options for your kitchen installation. We recognise that everyone’s homes and personal circumstances are different and that one size definitely does not fit all! With this in mind, we are very flexible and try our very best to cater for your individual requirements.
Supply-Only or Full Installation
Supply Only- This is where you already have a builder and want Hanson electrical to supply but not fit the furniture, worktop, appliances and splashback; or else any combination of the four. We will agree a date to suit for your delivery, but in any case, we are only a phone call away if any assistance is needed throughout the installation process.
Supply & Installation- The room will have been fully prepared by your builders, ready for us to install the kitchen. The team will start the kitchen installation on a pre-agreed date. We will install your kitchen as smoothly and quickly as possible, keeping any necessary disruption to your home-life to the barest minimum.
Preparing for Installation
Ahead of you finalising the kitchen design, and assuming the room is built, we will visit the site to take mm perfect room dimensions; we do this using the most accurate laser measuring equipment on the market. We will check all measurements, dimensions, plumbing and electrical requirements, access routes etc. And do not worry if your room is not in its finished state; in these circumstances we make a critical dimensions plan which is easy for your builder/architect to check and sign off. We can also liaise directly with your builder/ architect to ensure everyone understands exactly who is undertaking what roles. At the same time, the first-fix installation plans we include provide all information required to ensure a successful and problem-free installation. This includes the detail of exactly where new plumbing, electrical points and other services need locating so that your builder can ensure they position them correctly.
